Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for helping to deliver major projects and programmes, meeting or exceeding agreed objectives for client impact and completed on time and on budget. The Project Coordinator will also have responsibility to deliver smaller projects and ad-hoc tasks (e.g. single assessments, coaching assignments) as well as providing some administrative support to members of our consulting team.
Key Skills & Experience
We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 3 year’s experience in managing client engagements and projects in an HR consulting or professional services company. Alternatively, you may be an experienced Assistant or Administrator who is looking for a role with the prospect to progress into client project management.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for the organisation of activities and people, have a keen eye for detail, and be comfortable working on your own initiative. You will have a track record of working at pace, demonstrating great client focus and being able to multi-task as a member of a small busy team.
