Assessment & Talent Management
Helen helps organisations to develop their talent at both high potential and senior leader levels. She is responsible for designing, managing, and delivering development programmes with a range of businesses, from engineering and defence, to insurance, financial services, and FMCG. She builds strong relationships with clients to really understand their business and to identify barriers to change, which enables her to develop appropriate solutions tailored to their specific needs. At a personal level, she helps people to realise their potential, often using insights from developmental assessments.
Helen recently took a secondment in Asia with our strategic partners based in Hong Kong. She has a strong understanding of how to deliver international solutions and bespoke programmes with multi-cultural populations. Prior to joining Kiddy, she worked in talent acquisition for a not-for-profit organisation, and in academic research at the University of Leeds, exploring how organisations can encourage and facilitate pro-environment behaviour.
Helen has a Masters in Organizational Psychology and a BSc in Psychology, both from the University of Leeds, and is an accredited Test User in Ability and Personality in a range of tools such as OPQ, NEO and HPI/HDS. She is currently working towards the Qualification in Occupational Psychology to become a Chartered Psychologist.
