Anne-Marie has over 25 years experience in the fields of business psychology, leadership development and talent management.
A key element of her work is the identification, assessment and development of those critical capabilities required for effective performance, taking into account the business and role context. She has an extensive consultancy toolkit built up over many years working for leading business psychology consultancies combined with deep organisational savvy and experience gained from a series of senior internal talent roles in complex, global blue chip organisations.
For the last 9 years she has worked with senior global leaders, coaching and supporting them to identify and develop critical talent.
She has designed and delivered a wide range of bespoke executive level assessments blending the business requirement for pragmatism and relevance with best practice business psychology.
