KaPture is Kiddy’s online assessment and leadership development platform which delivers a robust, rounded assessment and development experience, within an interactive and realistic simulated workplace.

This simulation enables leaders to demonstrate and practice critical leadership skills.

In the simulation leaders work together in small teams as one of a number of suppliers vying for a large contract and the goal is to maximise profit over a series of pricing decisions. Levels of profitability are determined by the pricing strategies of the other suppliers and teams will only achieve maximum profit through collaboration. However, despite knowing they should collaborate, teams become increasingly competitive as the challenge progresses and they fail to establish trust.
