    Kiddy and its global partners run an Executive Transitions programme for GKN.

  • Client Needs

    GKN is a global engineering company operating in the Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial markets in Europe, Americas and Asia. In 2009, GKN asked Kiddy to develop an Executive Transitions Programme to help support their leaders during change.

  • Our Approach

    The programme has been designed to enable senior leaders navigate a change in role, geography, or business situation more successfully. Prior to an executive starting the six month programme, conversations take place with them, their line manager and executive sponsor to agree the likely focus of the programme. At this stage, GKN and Kiddy assign an executive coach to work with the participant. The coach works with the participant to shape the goals for the programme, which are informed by confidential stakeholder interviews conducted by Kiddy. Having finalized these goals, the coach works together with the individual to put in place practical strategies and plans to achieve them.


Kiddy have provided coaches in the US, UK and Asia through their partners APT in the US and Human-Scope in Asia.
