We design and run bespoke international hi-po development programmes:
These are designed to meet very client- specific goals; for example, a current example is “To build a cadre of GMs able to run $500m international, multi-business divisions” Each programme is different but most run 6-18 months and include things such as:
- Presentations from respected city analysts, non-executive directors, key customers and/or academics
- Global business projects that address real strategic issues facing their business, have real budgets and that present recommendations to the PLC Board
- 4-6 month rotations as internal ‘non-executives’, ie attending Exco of another division within their group
