This tool is unique in being available for completion via Blackberry, online or paper and pencil. 

The Blackberry alternative has been particularly welcomed by clients where Director level respondents spend considerable time away from the office.

Feedback

Feedback is the central aspect to our 360 Degree service and it is key to increasing self-awareness and achieving behavioural change.

Participants are provided with a copy of their report and spend up to two hours with one of our senior psychologists, reviewing the feedback, discussing preferred working styles and exploring practical ways to improve performance at work.   The focus is on agreeing realistic actions to adopt in order to achieve desired goals.

Following the feedback discussions with all participants, we produce a client report, highlighting the themes recommendations for next steps

Serco

We partnered with Serco Group HR to develop a 360 product and service to support the development of senior managers and high-potentials across the company. We first designed their leadership framework.  Based on this, we designed the 360 for four cascading levels of seniority.  We launched the survey online and provided a bureau service to manage the entire project.

Based on their competency framework and internal culture, we designed the survey, rating scale, instructions and briefing sessions for participants and respondents. Following survey completion, we generated individual reports and provided one-to-one feedback and career development coaching to all participants.

The Home Office

We supported the Home Office in providing a complete 360 feedback service for people managers.  This was based on a need within the organisation to understand and develop its leadership capability.

Finally, we produced a group-level client report. This informed the client of the key themes of strength and development needs among people managers and recommendations on how to support their managers to achieve strategic goals.
