As in our approach to Management Due Diligence we insist on understanding the investment thesis and its implications on what the company needs from its senior executives. Our approach to assessment also utilises a live business simulation to identifying strengths and risks, as well as biographical reviews, psychometrics and in-depth interviews. However for portfolio company leaders we also:
- evaluate the way the executive leads to see if it fits with your needs
- provide feedback to each leader to help them understand where and how they could be more effective. We also liaise with the HR Director and CEO and/or Chairman to help agree a practical development plan
- provide a talent ‘audit’, or group perspective, to you, the Chairman, CEO and/or HR Director in which we compare your leadership population against other companies
