Michael Greenspan
Managing Partner, PhD, CPsychol, AFBPsS
Michael leads Kiddy`s Board Development practice and supports clients across the full range of our services, specialising in helping CEOs and their teams lead change in their businesses as well as assessing senior managers for selection or development. He also leads our relationships with many of the world`s leading investment banks and provides executive and hi-potential coaching and competency design. Michael has worked across industries and led engagements throughout Europe, the US, Russia, Asia and Australia.
Prior to joining Kiddy in 1994, Michael was on the Faculty at Arizona State University. Michael earned his PhD in Psychology from Michigan State University in 1991 and before that earned a BSc (Honours) in Psychology from Old Dominion University. Michael has dual US-British citizenship and is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society as well as a licensed psychologist in the US.

Simon Brittain
Managing Partner, MSc, CPsychol, AFBPsS
Simon leads the Kiddy assessment team and the development of our thinking and tools in this area. He specialises in executive profiling for both selection and development. His approach combines commercial pragmatism with psychological insight and industry benchmarks to identify an individual`s key drivers and levers - enabling hiring recommendations or identifying development interventions.
Simon has expertise in hi-potential assessment, executive assessment and development centre and assessment centre design. Simon also helps our clients with talent management strategy identifying hi-potentials and succession management. He has extensive experience within the banking and insurance sectors, as well as in engineering/defence and professional services and is an experienced user of most Level B instruments.
Before joining Kiddy in the mid 1990s, Simon worked as a consultant in the Post Office, where he managed the assessment team, for a test publisher and a general HR firm. He is a chartered psychologist, a principal member of the Association of Business Psychologists and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.

Mike Owtram
Partner, PhD
Mike specialises in developing the performance of senior executives and top teams and provides board-level, executive and hi-potentials coaching as well as designing competency frameworks. Mike also leads major client engagements for Kiddy.
Before joining Kiddy, Mike worked for six years as managing consultant for Glowinkowski International, where he specialised in identifying and benchmarking the attributes of high performers, as well as consulting on other aspects of improving the performance of individuals, teams and organisations.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Mike worked with ICI for 15 years before joining a US chemical company as European Director of Strategy and Finance. During his time at ICI, Mike held a wide range of marketing and business management roles, working extensively throughout Western and Eastern Europe, before joining the executive team of its global automotive paints business to be responsible for Strategy, Finance, HR and IT worldwide. Mike took his PhD in the psychology of consumer satisfaction at the Manchester School of Management, and is a member of both the ABP and the BPS.

Diane Gallacher
Principal Consultant, MSc CPsychol
Diane specialises in the design of assessment centres and development centres for senior managers and hi-potentials as well as the design of business simulations for both selection and development. Diane also trains managers in recruitment skills.
She has implemented bespoke solutions for all levels of role, ranging from senior partners in professional service firms to new-to-industry pharmaceutical sales representatives. Her recent clients also include leading organisations in the defence industry and public services.
Prior to joining Kiddy, Diane worked for Aon Consulting and Water for Fish. She was a professional violinist for ten years before moving into consultancy.

Jim Shillady
MSc
Jim specialises in organisation design and problem-solving, in business change programmes, and in the systems and processes underpinning talent management - generally at Chief Executive and top team level. Jim also has expertise in succession planning, succession management and talent management strategy. His background includes both the people and the IT dimensions of organisation.
The industries in which Jim has consulted include banking - retail, corporate, private, investment and central - insurance & finance, manufacturing & distribution, automotive, IT, electronics, hi-tech, aerospace, retail, transport and utilities. He also has experience with central government clients and not-for-profit organisations. Jim has participated in, and run, projects in the UK, Continental Europe, North America and the Middle and Far East.
Jim`s previous positions included Associate Director in Logica`s Business Consulting Group, Director in the Alexander Consulting Group`s Organisational Effectiveness Practice, and Principal Consultant in PA Consulting`s Human Resources Division. Before becoming a consultant Jim was an International Marketing Manager in the publishing industry.
Jim is a member of the international Organization Design Forum.

Louise Geraghty
Associate Partner, MSc, CPsychol
Louise specialises in assessment for selection and development, hi-potentials assessment centres, MBA selection, MBA assessment centres, 360 degree feedback design and implementation, competency design, psychometric assessment and managing diversity. Louise joined Kiddy and Partners with experience of internal roles in British Airways and Centrica where she led design and change projects in assessment, talent management, psychometrics and diversity.
She holds a BA in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a Diploma in Coaching. She is a Chartered Psychologist and a member of the British Psychological Society.
Jon Fantes
BA (Hons), FCIPD
Jon joined Kiddy from Hasbro, the S&P 500 toy and games company, where he was the International HR Director and member of the International Management Committee responsible for driving major organisation and people development and restructuring programmes.
At Kiddy and Partners, Jon provides specialist consultancy in coaching senior managers and developing senior teams. He has experience in the FMCG, manufacturing, financial services and retail industries and has worked extensively across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America. Jon is a fluent German speaker.

Sylvia Metzer
MSc FCIPD
Sylvia has extensive experience as a Business Psychologist and senior OD consultant across geographies and sectors. Her particular areas of expertise are international assessment and development, ex-pat suitability assessments, competency design, organisational change programmes, working with multi-cultural senior level individuals and teams.
A fellow of the CIPD, Sylvia is a regular and established speaker at HR and business conferences. Prior to Kiddy, she was Director of Consulting for Pilat Europe and before that Head of Talent Strategy and Executive Assessment for SHL. Prior to entering consultancy Sylvia held a number of senior HR roles with Colgate Palmolive and the Rover Group.

David Marshall
BSc (Hons), FCMA
David has in-depth experience of the assessment, selection, development and coaching of senior managers, high potential employees and graduates. Prior to Kiddy his role as Group Personnel Director for Royal Mail included responsibility for the top 170 managers in the company, for talent management across the organisation and for the training and development programmes for the most senior 4000 employees. He has both designed and operated a wide range of assessment and selection programmes. Prior to becoming Group Personnel Director at Royal Mail, David held a number of Finance Director roles, most recently that of FD for Parcelforce Worldwide.
David now specialises in leadership, coaching, assessment and development for individuals and teams and operates across a wide range of both the private and public sectors. David holds the Chairmanship of the Centre for Excellence in Leadership and is a Fellow of Exeter University`s Centre for Leadership Studies.

Victoria Hall
MA
Victoria specialises in talent management, assessment and coaching. Prior to working with Kiddy, Victoria was Director of Executive Talent at American Express, and prior to that, Victoria worked for PDI in the NY office.
Victoria is a dual UK/US citizen, and worked as a manager and editor prior to earning her MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in New York in 1998. She is BPS certified in Level A, B, and B+.

Ben Williams
MSc, CPsychol, AFBPsS
Ben has extensive experience of implementing strategic objectives through the professional assessment, development and motivation of talent. He is a renowned specialist in the design of innovative `Day in the Life` centres, with his work being presented at international conferences.
Ben has worked with may leading businesses including leading FMCG, retail banking, pharmaceutical, government, retail and IT organizations. Ben was previously a senior consultant with SHL and PSL.
Ben holds an MA in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University and an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology. He is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist.

Anne Fanning
MSc
Anne has been an occupational psychologist specialising in assessment and development centres and competency frameworks for the past 10 years. Anne has worked across sectors include investment banks, professional services firms, technology and television media, manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies. Anne has extensive international experience and is fluent in Spanish and French.
Anne has degrees in Modern Languages (BA Hons) and Psychology (BSc Hons) as well as a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London.

Peter Rawlins
MA, FCA, FRSA
Peter has extensive board development experience and at Kiddy specialises in board-level coaching, executive coaching, leadership and impact development and change management. He has experience consulting across sectors but has extensive experience at the top of many of the world`s leading financial, legal and professional services organisations. Although predominantly based in the UK, he has extensive experience throughout Europe, the Middle and Far East, Australasia, and North America.
A Partner at Arthur Andersen in the 1980s he was seconded to Lloyd`s of London as personal assistant to the Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive, where he conceived and implemented a far-reaching period of regulatory and commercial reform of the world`s largest insurance market. After 14 years with Andersen`s, he resigned his partnership in 1985 to take public and then act as Managing Director of Sturge Holdings plc, then the largest underwriting and stock broking group in the City of London. Following this he was appointed Chief Executive of the London Stock Exchange, where he brought about substantial and enduring change - in governance, organisation, operations and finances.
Peter has served as a non-executive director of several listed companies, an NHS Foundation Trust and many national performing arts organisations and he is a frequent lecturer at UK Business Schools

Delia Pegg
MSc, MBA, CPsychol
Delia specialises in assessment and talent management with particular emphasis on designing and implementing recruitment and assessment processes at all levels in an organisation. Delia has extensive experience across Europe and industry sectors. Before Kiddy, Delia was the senior manager in charge of strategic resourcing and recruitment for PWC, the management consultants. Delia is a Chartered Psychologist.

Trisha Cochrane
MSc
Trisha has been a consultant specialising in assessment for selection and development for 13 years, with experience in financial services, manufacturing, travel and FMCG businesses as well as the public sector.
Her key skills include competency-based interviews, 360 interviews, management assessments, designing assessment centre exercises, competency development workshops and coaching.
Trisha holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology and is a Principal Member of the Association of Business Psychologists.

Jonty Leicester
MSc C.Psychol AFBPsS
Based in Stockholm, Jonty has worked as an applied business psychologist for 17 years.
Initially he worked as an assessment specialist, in two of the Uk`s largest test publishers, and later as the assessment manager at head office of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group in Edinburgh. He then moved to become an assessment specialist at Sheppard Moscow. For the last four years he has specialised in individual and group development with a particular focus on behavioural skills development, in areas such as facilitation skills, influencing skills and performance management skills. He has worked with a number of banks, as well as utilities and pharmaceuticals. Jonty is also a chartered psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.

Nina Dolger
BSc (Hons)
Based in Milan, Nina been a business psychologist for twelve years and has worked for several large multinational businesses helping with the recruitment, selection and evaluation of potential of managers. She has particular experience in assessment and development and in team effectiveness and coaching.
Nina has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, investment banking, oil and gas, IT, telecoms and electronics industries. Prior to being a consultant, Nina was a psychologist at DLR, the German Aerospace Centre in Hamburg.
She is fluent in Italian, French, English and German.

Paolo Pusceddu
BSc (Hons)
Based in Milan, Paolo has specialised in talent appraisal and development for over ten years.
He designs and delivers assessment and development centres and also specialises in 360º feedback, performance and competencies management, as well as executive and team coaching.
Previously he worked both as an HR consultant supporting several multinationals and as a manager within large businesses. He worked for several years at Oracle, as Learning and Development Manager.
Paolo has a Master in Human Resources Management as well as being a Master in Executive and Corporate Coaching. Paolo is fluent in Italian, French and English.

Mitra A.Sen
MSc
Based in Hamburg, Mitra has been working in the field of assessments for eight years. She specialises in assessment for selection and development: executive and high potential assessment centres, graduate selection and psychometric assessment. The industries in which Mitra has consulted include aerospace, IT, transport, medical devices, pharmaceutical, banking, consumer goods as well as the public sector. She has participated in international projects across Europe.
Mitra holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Hamburg, Germany. She is a member of BDP, the Association of German Professional Psychologists and is fluent in German and English.

Elle Carnall
Associate Partner, Project Coordinator, BSc (Hons)
Elle is highly experienced in ensuring our global projects and our assessment and development centres run smoothly. She has successfully managed projects spanning North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific for a number of our clients. She administers various psychometric tests during these centres such as Watson Glaser, Verbal & Numerical Reasoning Tests, OPQ, FIRO-B and MBTI. She has managed assessment and development centres for many of our clients from start to finish, including logistics, sourcing & booking of venues, creating assessor and participant timetables and coordinating post-centre report production and feedback.
Elle is a graduate member of the BPS and an occupational-psychologist-in-training, currently undertaking an MSc in occupational psychology at Birkbeck College, University of London, whilst also working towards her chartership.

Mike Godliman
Chief Marketing Officer, BSc (Hons), MCIM
Mike is responsible for all marketing, public relations and business development activities.
Mike is also a consultant at Kiddy and specialises in sales and marketing with particular emphasis on designing and implementing sales systems including sales competency development, sales training, and strategy development. Mike has extensive experience across many industry sectors including retail, leisure, professional services, healthcare and hospitality. Before Kiddy, Mike was Sales & Marketing Director for Verdict and Forum Europe, and a marketing consultant with Deloitte.

Giles Allen
Chief Financial Officer, ACA
Giles is the CFO for Kiddy. He joined Kiddy in 1998 and is responsible for all areas of the company`s finances.
