Key features of the way we do business are that we:

• Provide consulting help only where it is needed and can add value.  If we think you are better off doing it yourself, we will say so;
• Insist on clear assignment objectives and on regular project reviews throughout;
• Work in small, specialist teams and ideally with your people because, simply put, you usually get better results that way;
• We don't aim to parachute in hordes of junior consultants -we don't employ them. If that's what you need we're not the right firm for the assignment;
• Don't start trying to sell more work as soon as we get in the door.
