• have a relevant MSc or PhD with at least 8-10 years experience
• are recognised by clients and colleagues as an expert in assessment and talent management
• have a track record of developing significant client relationships and new business
• have a strong network of current contacts
• have proven experience of leading six-figure assessment and talent management projects
• are excited by the prospect of helping to grow an assessment and talent management business
• are motivated by working with a team of client-focused professionals
