Assessment

We have a history of assessment expertise over the last 30 years. Our work covers:

  • Executive profiling - identifying candidate fit with senior roles
  • Assessment/development centre design - working alongside client teams to design and implement commercially credible simulations that ensure highly valid assessments. These processes can then be taken in-house
  • Competency design - future-focussed, outcome-based frameworks that describe exceptional performance
  • Interview training - many of our clients use us for this work because not only do we undertake a high number of senior interviews but we are also seen to make a real difference to the skill levels of managers and HR professionals within their business
