Graham Stow CBE, is Chairman of Northern Racing Plc and of Home and Legacy Insurance.  He is also a Non-Executive Director of Co-operative Financial Services. Co-operative Bank and CIS and of the Department for Work and Pensions and Job Centre Plus.

Graham was formerly the Group CEO of Britannia Building Society and Chair of the Building Societies Association.  He retired in 2003.

Previously, Graham was HR Director at Littlewoods and Asda and an Executive Vice President of the Minet Group.  Graham has just become Chair of Governors at Staffordshire University.

Robert Rigby-Hall is Senior Vice President Human Resources for LexisNexis Group, the Legal Division of Reed Elsevier plc, where he sits on the Management Committee.  Robert, based in New York, is responsible for all HR activities across LexisNexis`s $2.2bn business that spans over 100 countries and employs 13,000 people. Prior to LexisNexis, Robert was the CEO of Reed Exhibitions North America and before that was Reed Exhibitions` Global Human Resources Director.
