Ben has extensive experience of implementing strategic objectives through the professional assessment, development and motivation of talent. He is a renowned specialist in the design of innovative `Day in the Life` centres, with his work being presented at international conferences.
Ben has worked with many leading businesses including leading FMCG, retail banking, pharmaceutical, government, retail and IT organisations. Ben was previously a senior consultant with SHL and PSL.
Ben holds an MA in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University and an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology. He is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist.
