Elle manages our 360o offering from the design of bespoke questionnaires to the implementation and delivery of projects. She supports our assessment & talent management team on national and international projects in both design, delivery and facilitation of assessment centres. Elle is highly experienced in ensuring our large scale projects run smoothly.
She has worked on projects for LBG, Reed Elsevier, Aggreko, Allianz, and Logica. Elle is a graduate member of the BPS and an occupational-psychologist-in-training. Elle is a trained user of MBTI, Bar-on EQI, Hogan and OPQ.
