Simon is an independent management consultant working in the arena of psychological assessment and people development.
Originally from a Human Resources background, Simon’s consulting career has ranged widely over 12 years, with clients in the private and sectors. He worked as a consultant with SHL for 4 years.
He has led projects on performance management, executive assessment and development, the design and implementation of recruitment and selection systems, leadership development and succession planning. He has a particular interest in leadership and management development, having designed and run development centre interventions at senior and middle management levels, and works widely with individual leadership teams, and as an executive coach.
