Trisha has been specialising in psychological assessment since 1995 and is qualified to use a very wide range of psychometric tests. She has worked in many industries – including banking, pharmaceuticals, construction, professional services and civil service/government.
She brings a personal and direct approach to working with individuals, particularly when it comes to providing feedback and coaching for development. She also employs approaches from the positive psychology arena, including appreciative inquiry.
Trisha has a degree in Psychology (BSc Hons) and a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology. She is BPS certified to Levels A and B, and is currently on the board of the Association of Business Psychologists.
