- have a relevant MSc or PhD with at least 8-10 years experience
- are recognised by clients and colleagues as an expert in assessment, talent management and/or team development
- have a track record of developing significant client relationships and new business
- have a strong network of current contacts
- have proven experience of leading major assessment and talent management or board development projects
- are motivated by working with a team of client-focused professionals
