Graham Stow CBE, is Chairman of Northern Racing Plc and of Home and Legacy Insurance. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Co-operative Financial Services. Co-operative Bank and CIS and of the Department for Work and Pensions and Job Centre Plus.
Graham was formerly the Group CEO of Britannia Building Society and Chair of the Building Societies Association. Previously, Graham was HR Director at Littlewoods and Asda and an Executive Vice President of the Minet Group. Graham has just become Chair of Governors at Staffordshire University.
Robert Rigby-Hall is Chief Human Resources Officer at NXP Semiconductors. Previously Robert was Senior Vice President Human Resources for LexisNexis Group, the Legal Division of Reed Elsevier plc, where he sat on the Management Committee.
Prior to LexisNexis, Robert was the CEO of Reed Exhibitions North America and before that was Reed Exhibitions' Global Human Resources Director.
