About

We are a leading global firm of business psychologists specialising in assessment, talent management and board development

Since 1972 we have worked with many of the world`s leading businesses and together with our global partners we currently have 70 of the FTSE Global 500 as clients.

We are known for our commercial orientation, our challenging, no-nonsense style and our focus on outputs and results.

Assessment

Kiddy & Partners has been at the forefront of assessment and talent management for 40 years. Our unique, simulation-based approach to assessment helps to define what managers need to be good at, to measure competence and potential, and to advise clients on how to act on the results. Our commercial understanding means we identify true business potential as well as the risks associated with a hiring or promotion decision.

Talent Management

We design, lead and implement talent programmes for our clients. Supporting talent management with assessment offers our clients a wide range of possibilities for tackling talent issues, building organisation-wide talent strategies and systems, and making talent-related decisions.

Board Development

We provide challenging and commercially robust support in making our client’s senior teams more effective.

Our senior partners have all worked with the boards of FTSE 100 companies and in the last year alone we have worked with top management in Lloyds Banking Group, GE, Serco, Cadbury, GKN, Ernst & Young, Barclaycard, KKR, LexisNexis as well as Sony, 02, BHP Billiton and Imperial Tobacco previously.

We focus on the practical aspects of team development and ensure senior teams quickly achieve highly effective ways of working.  Unlike other consultants who initially focus on team dynamics, we ensure the team's strategic/tactical balance is right and the team's formal processes more effective, so that strategic direction and priorities are agreed and can be acted upon in an aligned manner.

This enables teams to quickly identify what to change, agree a manageable number of operational priorities and identify commercial synergies.
